Vacant position – Cleaner
\nThe Embassy of the State of Palestine to the Republic of Albania is looking for a Cleaner.
\nDuties and Responsibilities:
\n\u2022\u200bTo ensure the Embassy is clean and presentable at all times.
\n\u2022\u200bCleaning of embassy offices and corridors, kitchens and toilets and internal and yard area.
\n\u2022\u200bAssisting in preparations of official meetings, preparing of refreshments, cover for Ambassador Residence cleaner, as needed and other ad hock duties.
\n\u2022\u200bHighly skilled in cleaning, emptying waste containers and eliminating debris from the premises to designated area
\n\u2022\u200bCompetent at vacuuming rugs and carpeted areas
\n\u2022\u200bThorough understanding of using different tools, like electrical and chemicals use in cleaning process
\n\u2022\u200bAble to use detergents and chemicals in a safe way and following H&S regulations
\n\u2022\u200bComply with Health and Safety procedures when cleaning and using cleaning products
\n\u2022\u200bDedicated and careful;
\n\u2022\u200bHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail
\n\u2022\u200bServing tea\/coffee & refreshments for the Ambassador\/Embassy visitors
\n\u2022\u200bCaring for Embassy plants
\n\u2022\u200bAble to follow job and safety instructions
\n\u2022\u200bSupport Residence staff during official functions (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and receptions), as back up during annual leave and sick leave of staff there
\n\u2022\u200bBe reliable, punctual, professional and dedicated to work and assigned tasks.
\n\u2022\u200bBe able and willing to adapt to changing schedules or routines.
\n\u2022\u200bBe able to work evening hours, weekends and holidays as needed.
\n\u2022\u200bTo fulfill any other order or order (written and verbal), which is not included in the points above, which do not constitute a legal violation, and which does not violate the dignity of the employee.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\n\u2022\u200bCompleted High school education, Training certificate
\n\u2022\u200bPrevious experience at least 3 years for the same job description.
\n\u2022\u200bWillingness to work in difficult and demanding circumstance is essential Desirable
\n\u2022\u200bCommitted in performing each task on time
\n\u2022\u200bProviding the best service required
\n\u2022\u200bProven ability to record data of routine control on the standard form
